Ours is a beach touch property.

2 minutes’ walk from your room takes you to the beach.

However, the rooms are not “Sea View Rooms”. Due to thick tree cover, sea view is not possible from any of our rooms.

No, we don’t have swimming pool.

We do provide bath towels in the rooms and also the shower gel.

However, we do NOT provide shampoo

We Do not provide Laundry Service for Guest belongings

Yes it is safe to go to the beach at night

However, caution is advised on part of the guests to avoid getting into any circumstances on account of any kind of abusive or adverse behaviour by the miscreants.

Each room has a TV with cable connection and a small refrigerator

Each room has attached toilet (with European commode) and bathroom

Quadruple occupancy rooms have 2 ceiling fans in each room

Double occupancy rooms have 1 ceiling fan in each room plus these room have an air-conditioning option (please see room tariff page for tariff details).

We DO NOT SELL any Alcoholic Drinks.

However, guests are allowed to bring in their own stuff for private consumption and are expected to take care that no nuisance is caused to others while enjoying their drinks.

Room entrances + Sit outareas are monitored by CCTV cameras to prevent unauthorized entry in your room.

However, other open areas are not monitored.

Guests are requested to take care of their belongings at all times.

Management will NOT be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings

Only First aid is provided at the resort. List of medicines available in first-aid box kept in the office is provided in each room.

General practitioners’ services are available in Nagav.

Alibag has a Civil hospital as well as reasonably equipped private hospitals. Information about these is available in the office.
